Report: Cruise, Holmes reach a settlement in divorce case

NEW YORK — Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have reached an agreement in their divorce case, according to her attorney.

Holmes attorney Jonathan Wolfe said in a statement Monday that the case has been settled and an agreement was signed.
