Tax-free weekend on back-to-school supplies and clothes

This weekend you can save some cash on back to school supplies. 

On Saturday and Sunday, you can take advantage of Virginia’s annual tax-free holiday.

Everything from book bags to calculators – rulers and dividers are included.

The tax free holiday also covers certain clothes and shoes.

But there are some limits.

Supplies must be less than $20 each.

The sales tax holiday does not include computer supplies.

For clothing – each item should cost $100 dollars or less.
