Paul Ryan to speak in Newport News today
Paul Ryan will appear at a rally at Christopher Newport University on Tuesday.
Ryan will stop at the Ferguson Center of the Fine Arts Concert Hall after a rally in Dover, New Hampshire earlier in the day.
Doors for the event will open at 3:00 PM and the program is scheduled to begin at 5:25 PM.
