Tropical Depression 15 forms, moving northwest
TROPICAL UPDATE: Tropical Depression 15 has formed in the open Atlantic about 1100 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands.
TD 15 is moving northwest, and will make a north to northeast turn by the end of the week. It may strengthen to become Tropical Storms Oscar over the next day or so. – Meteorologist Myles Henderson
