This or That: Cookie Mania

Recently, I decided to jump on the cookie-bandwagon. A friend of mine held a holiday cookie bake-a-thon – we made more than 1,500 cookies for friends, family, and members of the community. That includes service members, and local police and fire department members. Katie’s husband is part of the USS Stout – so he and his fellow service members received some sweet surprises!

Professional bakers say for best results, make the dough beforehand, and refrigerate overnight. That way, the flavors have time to ‘mesh together’ and when you bake them the next day – flavor is at an all-time high. Pretty cool!
